UEFA C Coaching Course in Kraków – enrollment
Football Association of Malopolska is pleased to announce the recruitment for the upcoming UEFA C coaching course, scheduled to begin in September 2026. This professional training program, hosted at the KS Prądniczanka sports facilities, offers aspiring coaches the opportunity to gain essential qualifications through a blend of in-person sessions, online webinars, and practical internships.
Course Schedule and Organization
The course is structured into four main sessions followed by additional practical requirements. Please note that the start date is subject to change if the minimum requirement of 32 participants is not met. Final dates will be confirmed approximately 7 days before the start.
- Session I: September 12–13, 2026 (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) – in-person sessions, homework, and an ONLINE webinar.
- Session II: October 10–11, 2026 (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) – in-person sessions, homework, and an ONLINE webinar.
- Session III: November 7–8, 2026 (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) – on-site.
- Session IV: November 28–29, 2026 (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) – on-site.
- Additional practical requirements: 4 study visits to clubs and a coaching internship.
- Final examination: planned for December 12, 2026.

Participants must maintain 100% attendance at all sessions. In specific, justified cases, the organizer may allow a participant to make up missed material, provided the total absence does not exceed 10% of the total classes. Exceeding this limit may lead to dismissal from the course.
To successfully graduate, candidates must:
- Ensure 100% attendance.
- Maintain a course participant journal.
- Complete the mandatory coaching internship.
- Pass practical micro-group sessions at clubs.
- Pass the final examination before the Committee, which includes a theoretical portion, a coaching internship report, and a practical exam (training session) conducted at a club.
Fees and Payment Details
The total cost for the UEFA C course is PLN 1,845 (which includes the PLN 1,300 course fee, PLN 200 for sports equipment, and PLN 345 VAT).
Payment is required 4–7 days before the course start date, only after the application has been fully verified.

Admission Requirements
Candidates must fulfill formal requirements as per the Coaching Convention, with admission granted based on the order of applications received. Applicants are required to provide the following documentation:
- Safeguarding Children Certificate: completion of the „Child Protection for Coaches” online UEFA course [LINK].
- First Aid Certificate: a certificate of completion from any publicly available portal (e.g., www.sport-edukacja.pl).
- Sexual Offender Register Extract: an extract from the public register [LINK].
